Skål Nordic Tapas was born out of a passion to bring the essence of Nordic cuisine to life in a modern and casual atmosphere. Inspired by Scandinavia's rich culinary traditions, we have created a unique concept that reinterprets Nordic flavors in the form of creative tapas. To match the dishes, we offer a hand-picked selection of wines that perfectly round off any culinary experience.
Skål is part of a culinary trio run by Kenneth Gjerrud and Angelika Koryluk. In addition to our focus on Nordic tapas and wine, we also run Munch's Hus, Berlin's first Norwegian restaurant, and Fjord by Munch's Hus, which celebrates the Norwegian fishing tradition. But at Skål, the focus is on relaxed evenings, convivial moments and the joy of good food and wine - a place where the North can be felt in every detail.
